About Vibes Lounge
Built on Purpose
Vibes Lounge was created by people who have lived the work . From schools and care homes to kitchens and bars. We are team shaped by experience, not ego. We bring together London and Eastbourne roots, with Turkish Cypriot heritage woven into everything we do.
This space was built with purpose:

Real People, Real Work
Vibes Lounge was built by a team of directors with a shared commitment to creating space that feels safe, soulful, and intentional. We are not about ego we are about impact.
Between us, we have worked across youth services, in schools, in social & residential care, in education, events, kitchens, and the bar. We bring our life experience into the lounge quietly, consistently, and with heart.
Vibes Lounge is powered by BeeLeaf Project our wider vision of hospitality, outreach, education and empowerment.
Why We Are Here
We needed a space like this. So we built it.
Vibes Lounge is for people who want:
Connection without pressure. Food without fuss. Space without judgement.
We are here to hold people and help them hold themselves, even if just for a meal, a moment, or a good night out.
We collaborate with artists, educators, the community, and youth advocates and we keep the energy real.
Every event, playlist, table setting and takeaway bag is crafted with intention.
Culture You Can Feel
Respect is our root. We serve the community. We support local causes. We amplify young voices and we work in harmony with our neighbours inside The Works building.
Guests under 18 are welcome before 9PM and unless attending a private function must be accompanied by a responsible adult after. This is a space of care and we honour that fully.
We are here for long nights and soft landings. For soul food and real talk. For private parties and public purpose. And we always keep it a safe environment for everyone.
We have since expanded our menu and services to accommodate the needs of our growing customer base.
